Mr. Foster is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in design, quality, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). He is currently the President of Applied Geometrics, Inc.

Mark is a member of the ASME Y14.2 committee and participates regularly in the ASME Y14 meetings throughout the country. Mark has held management positions in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Engineering and is the chief instructor for AGI. He has provided GD&T training for hundreds of individuals and companies, such as Harley-Davidson, Delco Electronics (Delphi), Nissan, Briggs & Stratton, Woodward Governor Company, Dart Container Corporation, Skil-Bosch Power Tools. He has also taught SPC, ISO/QS-900, and Print Reading, as well as Train-the-Trainer classes.

Mark was a charter member of the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Professional (GDTP) Senior Level examination. He passed the first ever GDTP Senior Level exam administered by the ASME and is Senior Level Certified (GDTP #S09-8807) to the ASME-Y14.5-2009 standard.

Unlike many GD&T instructors, Mark has applied his training to real-world designs on a regular basis from the design, manufacturing and quality perspectives. This experience and ongoing practical application provide him with the unique ability to relate the common problems that inevitably arise between these groups during the production of a part.

Mr. Dadez is mechanical design engineering expert with over 35 years of experience in designing with GD&T. He is currently a full-time mentor and instructor with AGI.

Jaime has a wide variety of real-world design and manufacturing experience. He worked as a designer for Woodward Governor Company and for Eclipse Combustion, Inc. He has managed test engineer functions and research and development projects at both of those companies.

Jaime has provided training in Print Reading and GD&T to hundreds of engineers, designers, manufacturers and inspectors.

Jaime was Senior Level Certified to the ASME-Y14.5M-1994 standard.

Mr. Ortiz is mechanical design engineering expert with 15 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and inspecting with GD&T. Recently he had been a quality supervisor and CMM programmer/operator. He joined the AGI team as a bilingual (Spanish/English) instructor. He is also translating our GD&T training materials into Spanish.

Manuel can instruct both English and Spanish GD&T classes. He is certified in GD&T at the Senior level to the 1994 and 2009 standards.

Mr. Rodericks is a mechanical design engineering expert. He has over 20 years of experience designing space flight hardware and ground support equipment at Kennedy Space Center in Florida and Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

Frank is an expert at implementing GD&T in both the PTC CREO and Solidworks software platforms, manufacturing of the associated hardware, as well as the ISO 9001 requirements for Quality Assurance.  He has instructed GD&T at KSC and throughout Florida’s Space Coast for many years and has provided training to engineers, designers, machinist and quality control personnel.

Frank regularly participates in ASME Y14 committee meetings, is Senior Level Certified (GDTP #S-3042) and is currently a full-time mentor and instructor with AGI.

Mr. Coon graduated from Clarkson University with a BSME in 1985. He has over 34 years of experience working in the aerospace industry with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). He retired from the corporate world in April 2019 to become a full-time instructor/mentor with AGI.

Donald was a charter member of the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDTP) Senior Level examination. He passed the first ever GDTP Senior Level examination administered by ASME in 1997 to the ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard.

Since that time, Donald has become very active in the ASME community regularly attending ASME Y14 meetings across the country. He currently holds memberships on Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Y14.45 Measurement Data Reporting, and the Y14 main committee which oversees the entire Y14 series of standards.

His 34 years in industry, including 24 years as the subject matter expert on GD&T and dimensional management at Bell Helicopter have given him extensive experience with engineering, manufacturing planning, and inspection. He has dealt with many of the problems that arise in each of these disciplines and understands the demands of compliance while meeting a production schedule.
Donald has trained hundreds of manufacturing, quality, and engineering personnel in the US, Canada, and Mexico at such companies as Lockheed, Bell, Textron Aviation, Greenlee, TRU Simulation and Training, and Textron Weapons and Sensors before joining AGI.
